4月5日，中国出入境检验检疫协会在京举行中外友好人士交流会。质检总局副局长李元平出席并致辞，国务院参事、协会原会长葛志荣出席，协会会长王新发表演讲。
李元平表示，30多年来，中国持续扩大对外开放，不断加深国际交流合作，取得了举世瞩目的成就，为世界经济增长作出了重要贡献。特别是党的十八大以来，中国**坚定不移地推进经济全球化，深入推进“一带一路”建设，推动与世界各国建立以互利共赢为核心的新型国际关系。
李元平强调，质检总局是中国**的质量主管部门，负责宏观质量管理和计量、标准、认证认可和检验检测等国家质量技术基础(NQI)建设，承担国内产品质量监督和出入境检验检疫职能。国家质量技术基础是提升质量的重要抓手，也是保障国际贸易顺利进行的重要基础，需要通过加强国际交流合作，保持与国际通行规则的一致性。出入境检验检疫工作与国际贸易的关系密切，更需加强国际合作交流。
总局食品局、动植司、通关司、国际司及国家认监委的领导参加了会议，30多家来自亚洲、欧美主要食品贸易国驻华使馆，20余家输华肉类产品、乳制品、水产品、酒类产品行业协会的代表参会 。通过该活动的召开重点推荐即将在9月举办的FMA CHINA 2017展会活动。本交流会还得到了德国通内斯集团有限公司的大力支持。
中国出入境检验检疫协会在促进出入境检验检疫对外交流合作等方面发挥着积极作用。由协会主办的FMA CHINA 2017第三届中国国际食品、肉类及水产品展览会——暨进出口食品政策与法律法规交流会将于2017年9月19-21日在广州琶洲中国进出口商品交易会展馆举行。作为商务部与国家质检总局批准和大力支持的展会活动，展会将秉承互利共赢的精神，将信息沟通、法规宣传、市场开拓上的国际合作落到实处，共同促进贸易发展。为中外企业搭建一个交流、宣传、合作的绝佳平台。
期待9月广州再相聚！
China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association held a Chinese& Overseas Friendly Personage Communication in Beijing on April 5. Mr.Li Yuanping, the deputy director of AQSIQ attended and addressed, Mr. Ge Zhirong, the counsellor of the State Council and the former president of CIQA, also attended the communication meeting, Mr. Wang Xin, the president of CIQA had a speech on the meeting.
Mr.Li Yuanping said that over the past 30 years, China has continuously expanded opening up to the outside world, continuously deepened international exchanges and cooperation, had made remarkable achievements and made an important contribution to world economic growth.
Especially since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Chins has unswervingly promoted the economic globalization and advanced deeply "The belt and Road" construction, and promoted the establishment of new type of international relations featuring mutual benefit with other countries in the world.
Mr. Li Yuanping stressed that AQSIQ is the competent authority of quality in China which is responsible for construction of National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) including the macro quality management, measurement, standards, certification and accreditation, Inspection and test, etc., undertaking domestic product quality supervision and entry & exit inspection and quarantine functions. The National Quality Infrastructure is a key point not only to improve the quality, but also to protect the smooth progress of international trade, which needs to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, to retain consistency with the international rules. Entry & exit inspection and quarantine work has a close relationship with international trade which needs much more strength on international cooperation and exchanges.

Leaders from Bureau of Import and Export Food Safety, Department of Supervision on Animal and Plant Quarantine, Department of Inspection and Quarantine Clearance, International Division and State Certification and Accreditation Committee attended the meeting, more than 30 Embassies from Asia, Europe and the United States, and more than 20 participants from meat products, dairy products, Aquatic products, wine products industry associations attended this meeting. The upcoming FMA CHINA 2017 held in Sep has been recommended through the activities. The communication is strongly supported by B.& C. Tönnies Fleischwerk GmbH & Co. KG.
CIQA plays an active role in promoting the foreign exchanges and cooperation of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine. The 3rd China International Food, Meat and Aquatic Products Exhibition (FMA CHINA)-Import& Export Food Policy, Laws & Regulations Summit, which will be held on Sep 19-21,2017 in China Import and Export Fair Complex-Guangzhou by CIQA. The exhibition approved and strongly supported by the Ministry of Commerce and AQSIQ, will uphold the spirit of mutual benefit and win-win, put international cooperation including information communication, regulatory propaganda, and market development into the practice and jointly promote trade development.
