Agboola et al. showed that fairly stable oil-in-water emulsions could be formed with highly hydrolysed whey protein (WPH) as the sole emulsifier when using appropriate WPH concentration and homogenization conditions.

请问上面一句英文中的"WPH"该怎么翻译,才比较贴切啊?

从内容上来看:WPH就是hydrolysed whey protein,也就是水解乳清蛋白。
