一个主要的分别是,是各个国家政府是否强制执行HACCP, 不是所有的国家都是强制执行的HACCP,有的国家只是建议执行,有的干脆没有.这个关系到各个国家市场和管理的问题.中国也不是强制实行.只是在出口企业中有要求.
另一个是否应用到各个食品产业.就算一个国家执行HACCP,也不是所有的食品产业的,欧盟也只是建议各个成员国建立基于HACCP的原则的安全系统.在英国,政府部门也只是在某些行业执行HACCP7个原则中的前5个. 因为并不是所以的企业都有这样的实力执行HACCP的.HACCP适用于大企业已经是一个共识.小的企业存在很多的技术,资金,人力的缺陷对实行HACCP.
the mail different is : how do the government require the HACCP system in food industry.some counrties they build the HACCP law to force the food industry adopt HACCP.In some countise, the HACCP is only a industry guide. in poor country , it is possibily nothing.
the second point is : what kind of product enterprice have to adopt HACCP. In EU, there are not all the product adopt HACCP system. In UK, they reqire the first 5 of 7 principles.because they must think about the condition of small food business. include : money, technology, management, human resourse
