岗位概要: Key Performance Area
1-Frozen Food R&D sector's food service product development;
2-Foods Product design and project management;
3-Experimental design and statistic analysis;
4-Basic sensory methology and conduct.
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
1-As the lead of HK Frozen Food's Food Service Projects as well as mainland's.
2-As single contact of Frozen Food R&D who supports GZ plant from R&D side.
3-Responsible for relevant GZ plant's supplier development.
4-Responsible for GZ plant's relevant technology upgrade and modification
知识、技能和能力: Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
1-Food service area's product development experience;
2-Food product experimental design knowledge;
3-Successful achievement at food product development;
4-Skillful communication with relevant departments (MKT, Opn, QRO, and Purch etc.)
教育程度/工作经历/身体要求:
Education /Experience/Health Request
1-Bachelor degree of Food Science or other relative major;
2-At least 3-year big food company's working experience, globally well-known food company's working experience and have food serce R&D experience are preferred.
3-Health condition should be met food company's general requirements.
有速冻食品研发经验优先,英语要求一般。
