机械维修主管
主要工作职责.
- 在线生产设备维护
协助开发、计划、组织和执行生产设备的日常操作和系统维护以保证设备的最有效利用。识别紧急和快速移动零件,建立应急计划,为工程经理提供紧急和快速移动零件需求数据
- Maintenance of production line equipments,
Assist P&T and PMC department to arrange equipments repairing and maintenance to make sure effective use of equipments. Set up emergency proposal and provide Eng. Manager with data of important and fast consumable spare parts.
- 卫生和安全
保证所有卫生安全标准得到长期贯彻执行。检查相关器材和程序。维护卫生安全纪录,向工程经理提出安全防护建议.向下属提供培训，使他们清楚，谨慎，并对他们所操作的设备的安全风险负责。
- Sanitation & Safety
Insure good implementation of sanitation & safety standard and check related equipments and procedure. Provide Eng. Manager with safety protection proposal and instruct underlings of safe operation and maintenance of equipments.
- 总体质量管理/ ISO 14000/ 9000 / 22000 / HACCP
在组织内部执行技术质量和生产环境管理的过程中，负有模范执行和督促下属的责任，并担任推动者的角色。
通过项目改善和专注于程序模型图,培训下属的程序管理和客户意识。
在工程经理的协助下,从总体维护和设施功效的角度,在技术SOP手册的建立和更新（ISO和HACCP必备）上做出贡献。
- Total Quality Management / ISO 14000/ 9000 / 22000 / HACCP
Set up good example and instruct underlings to implement management of technical quality and production environment. Focus on project and procedure improvement to instruct underlings the consciousness of program management. Establish SOP manual and update ISO and HACCP (necessary) With the assistance of Eng. Manager.
- 人力监管
组织和监督下属,使他们能更有效的工作；为经理助理M/E提供关于职位轮换,调动,警告,和解雇等人事变动的建议；为下属提供职位必需的技能和标准培训,使其能正确安全高效的完成工作；通过反馈和定期的工作表现评估下属
- Management
Arrange and instruct underlings that can work more effective. Suggest M/E assistant manager the personnel change about job exchange, transfer, warning and dimission. Provide underlings with training of necessary skill and standard which can make them work more effectively. Evaluate underlings with feedback and their work performance.

英文良好，熟练的读、写能力，电脑操作熟练(CAD 制图)；
Good at English, Good at Office Software（CAD）.
良好的团队领导能力及沟通技巧。
Good team-building leadership and communication skill.
本科以上学历，机械或机电专业；
Mechanical or Electrical specialty,
Bachelor or above 熟悉5S，ISO及食品安全体系。Familiar with 5S, ISO and HACCP
至少五年以上大型合资或独资公司机械维修及管理工作经验，其中至少两年以上主管职位任职经验；
At least five years experience of mechanical maintenance and management (at least two years experience in management)in big joint venture or overseas company.
机械工程师
主要工作职责.
- 服从和执行机械主管的工作指令和分配，完成工作任务。
- 提供技术支持以便及时解决设备的机械方面的故障。
- 提供技术支持以便对设备的机械部分进行预防维修。
- 协助机械主管进行设备技术改进，以完善设备性能和提高生产效率。
- 协助机械主管建立生产设备操作、维修程序和相关管理文件。
- 在保证设备正常运行下，有责任节省和降低维修成本。
- 为机械维修人员提供有关设备机械维护维修技术方面的培训。
- 参与新项目的相关方面的设计。
- 为新设备的安装和调试提供机械技术支持。
- 对相关生产线及新工序的质量及稳定性做改良提高。
任职资格
具备一定的机械设计能力。
能诊断和处理设备机械方面的故障。
具有故障诊断及创新能力。
熟悉PC操作和AUTO CAD，PROE软件操作。
Education Background
教育背景 本科以上学历，机械制造等相关专业
在食品或相关行业从事机械维修或设计工作五年以上的工作经历
