Field/s of Responsibility
To manage project with out-sourced R+D/Contract manufacturer
1. Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor the whole project management process from project initiation, execution, validation till product launch. Ensure project realization within the designed timeframe and budget.
2. Role as interface with R+D partners/contract manufacturer and within the different internal departments to ensure that all the resources necessary to project completion are met.
3. Role as technical lead in the project team to ensure project realization according to regulatory, technical and quality standard of the company.
4. Responsible relationship management with outsourced R+D & contract manufacturer.
To support supplier qualification process
1. To identify supplier or potential suppliers to comply with business needs.

Flexibility in work approach to deal appropriately with tight timelines and changing priorities
Self-learning
Personal requirements ( include experience, knowledge，skills and education)
1. BS degree or above in pharma, food, chemistry or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in technical organization in food industry , pharmaceutical, or related field. Experience with multinational company is preferred.
3. Experience in product development or project management is preferred.
4. Experience in R+D, QA/QC or other technical department is preferred.
5. Understanding GMP guideline is preferred.
6. Fluent in English (verbal & written)
