加拿大食品和药品管理局关于过氧化苯甲酰在面粉中使用的规定
说明:Cadana Food and Drug Regulations(加拿大食品和药品管理局)是加拿大食品及食品添加剂的权威机构,加拿大属于世界发达国家,其标准也是世界不少国家的主要采标对象。在其食品添加剂的标准中规定:过氧化苯甲酰在面粉使用量为150ppm,是我国标准中规定在面粉中的使用量的2.5倍。
